Manhattan Burough President Scott Stringer and New York City Council Speaker Christine C. Quinn speak out at the NYC Proposition 8 Day of Decision Protest, and call on everyone to call New York State Senate Majority Leader Malcolm Smith EVERY DAY for the next 24 days to tell him to bring the marriage bill to the floor for a vote.
