I wouldn't sleep inside this house,,, nor camp outside in the backyard.

I saw a comment that you made .. you want some tv show there? You want to be famous because of this? I say pay for your parents vacation...get them out for 2 weeks and start cleaning!!!

I could only imagine how many roaches and bugs you have in that house..not to mention mold probably growing. ((( I saw something like this on Oprah!!!)))

I love your comment "you want to be famous because of this?" sadly they seem to choose... yes. @reaganaidan &@MonikaLaleczka : how many people's names can you remember from watching an episode of hoarders? I assure you that fame is not what I am after. If you grew up with my mom you would know there are always promises made when it comes to cleaning, and are never accomplished. She jokes at the situation, moves piles around, shuts down when you talk too much about it...I need a combination of funding of trash removal and psycological help that go hand in hand, and I cannot alone do it.

@MonikaLaleczka to say "clean up" like it's my choice is not fair. If I thought throwing everything away in my parents house would work, I would. My dad used to take bags of clothing and unopened items to goodwill and my mom would KNOW a pile had been moved or something was misssing, go into a rage, and then buy MORE stuff to replace it. With hoarders, it's all emotional. all about holding on to things they attatched with other memories/feelings to hide behind rather than cope. don't judge.

But why put this on here if you are not asking for help? Why not submit their name to the Hoarders show on A&E or TLC and see if they would help? Putting videos like this up on youtube is just asking for criticism.

@Mitsy1212 I actually did get contacted from Hoarders, but after a few questions, they said my submission wasn't as desperate as most they show (i.e. eviction pending, city complaints, etc) and my aim was to find "celebrity help b/c every other way I approach my mom's problem, she pushes it aside and jokes and changes the subject...

I think their money supply needs to be cut to the point where they can't buy the necessities. They will go searching and find they already have the stuff to use in their house. I shop a lot but during the time where i had no money i was surprised how well my self control was to not buy stuff i didn't need. Or even the stuff i needed i would cut back. Only works for some people though, a lot of hoarding behavior i think stems from the fear of being poor and not having stuff.

omg i went in a house that they moved an old man out of it looked just as bad we wore mask to go in their took 2 / 30 foot dumpsters to haul all the trash out.. .fucking sick ass shit.. clean your house people..

This show should be called "IM A STUPID FAT LAZY PIECE OF SHIT AND I DONT FEEL LIKE GETTING OFF MY FAT DEGENERATE ASS AND CLEANING UP AFTER MYSELF....

These people should be used to replace monkeys or dogs in medical research...

I get an urge to clean homes like this! I don't know maybe it is abnormal but whenever I see cluttered homes of hoarders like this I feel like cleaning them out and having a garage sale with all the things can be sold :D

My parents house looks exactly like this, at least it did last time I was in it.. I have refused to go inside of it for at least 5 years now.

I've told them that if it comes down to me being responsible for cleaning the mess up I will not be doing it. In fact if I have a choice I will never enter the house again. If they become to old or if they pass the mess will be given to someone else. Anyone willing to clean all the stuff out will have their pick of the "treasures" the rest is trash.
