  • I was with my grandfather, and i accidentally said something about WWII then he just started crying, i was curious why but then i remembered he is a veteran and i felt his pain... he and 5 friends helped.. 3 of them died... i feel so sorry for bringing that up :(

  • @xXFableFanXx I'm so sorry to hear about how much pain the memories bring him, but I'm so pleased at how understanding you were. Some people simply have no comprehension and are rude and callous in the face of trauma. But you should be commended for being such a compassionate soul.

  • Ne les oublions jamais!

  • @songoftheopenroad

    That's pretty much exactly translated.

  • @hewittdj1 LCol for Canadian, LTC, LtCol, or LT Col/Lt. Col. for American is the semantic distinction. However, they are generally used interchangeably in history texts irrespective of country, and Lt. Col is the form most civilians are familiar with.

  • It's LCol not Lt. Col.

  • thanks from pappy

  • Why thank you!:).

Yes I am very very proud to have the great history.

    Once again

    Thank you very much :)
