every time he speaks about the flow of the energy I feel it too... I wish more people knew about... what hes talking about. This world would be such a better place.

Kundalini is very real but also very dangerous. People only ever talk about the blissful part of it and never the downside. ie Kundalini blues. It shouldn't be done without expert help and all the old yoga writings emphasise that. You can lose your fucking mind.

volume is too slow.
The most profound thing I realised when my kundalini rose is that people are already perfect in their innate form. The power of mind once the ego drops away has to be experienced to be believed. It really is omniscient.
