I'm having a heck of a time trying to get rid of the warning bulb light from the dash. Currently I have a 9006 35w ballasts HID kit for my fogs on my 2010 Golf TDI. I even purchased a relay harness because at first the lights didn't even come on. The relay harness works by keeping the lights on but I still have the warning light coming up on my dash. What would you recommend, upgrade to a 55w ballast or splice the wires with a 50w resistor? Any help with this would be very much appreciated!!

@dchrish
I think it was H11 halogen so we change it to one H11 Welldone HID bulb.

The relay will never work well.
Even the 55w kits maybe wont work either. there is no 55w bulbs & this kits are bad quality chinese made.
For you I recomend our WG07 35w CANBUS HID (it works with all the germany cars. New BMW 1 & 3 series included).
This ballast include PHILIPS Patent bulbs & the ASC German Chip. This will work perfect for you.
