Actually, more than a few people do. Just like they have pet lions and tigers as well as many other exotic animals.

Yeah I know. But it's better to let them live their lives in the wild than having them as a pet. I would like to have a dog, cat or parrot for that matter, but tiger or bear for instance? Nah. They belong in the wild. Parrots allso belong in the wild, but at least they are very much more ideal as a pet than a killer machine like a polar bear. I think it is inhumane having a tiger, lion or bear declawed just to have them as pets. It's just wrong.
