This is our 10 man group's latest Faction Champions kill (hard mode/heroic) from Trial of the Grand Crusader.
This fight has no perfectly set/followable strategy.
1) Make sure you know your targets ahead of time, we generally hit healer, healer, rogue/dk/hunter/warrior.
2) It is up to everyone to be aware of what's around them. This isn't a fight where good healers can save you, or great tanks. Our DK does his best to control the enemy DK or rogue, but in general, no matter how good the heals, if you let two melee near you and they turn on you (plus a hunter shot or spell from a ranged), you'll die in less than a second. So if there are two melee running NEAR you (not even on you), get away. For mages, blink/frost nova, invisibility, block, all are key.
3) Interrupts are the key to the fight. Heals must be interrupted, and Hots and instas must be purged. If you can burn a healer quickly at the beginning, your job is much easier. Mass dispel is used when they bloodlust, and try and get them to blow their pvp trinkets early with a mass fear or freeze talent.
4) The fight changes every week, so be fluid in your strategy. Easily broken cc (sheep) is not particularly useful, but you can give it a try (we find mages more valuable as pure burners). Remember, the rogue + a melee will often kill a clothie in less than 1s if they're in range, and they can switch quickly.
FAQ: This addresses the most common question I get.
1) What's the music? The song is Angel by Massive Attack. They have a bass thumping style which I enjoy, and they released a two-cd best of, which is a good way to buy their best music if you like it!
2) Where do you get addons? I use the curse client to download and then keep up-to-date all my addons. It does all except for two, which makes life easy.
3) What are your addons? The addons that make up my UI are as follows (broken into most noticeable and important to least):
Major mods:
NUI+ - the registered (free) version of the New User Interface. It's moderately customizable, but essentially replaces any number of other mods. It is most of what you see, the bars, hud, party frames, buff/debuff, target, etc. It looks quite different at my normal resolution of 2560x1600, but recording HD movies at 1280x720 means it takes up a bit more real estate. I use the thin black skin for it.
MiK's Scrolling Combat Text Fully customizable scrolling text, this is what you see putting up damage on the left and right (incoming and outgoing), as well as important anncouncements above. You can disable/enable as much as you want, it can also play sounds, look for certain procs, etc.
PowerAuras A must have mod, it is utterly customizable to display a graphic or play a sound upon any given condition, that is to say, when a proc occurs I hear a sound and see an icon to let me know I have a proc. Can be programmed for anything that can happen to you, your target, enemies, party members, etc.
DBM Deadly Boss Mods is another must for endgame raiding, it simply announces boss events, and puts up timer bars for you to be able to track the many things happening in boss fights without having to look all over the screen.
Omen/Recount The threat meter to end all threat meters, integrated with recount into the nui+ panel. You get a minor nui mod for that (nui stats)
Minor mods which you may see around the interface or maps include:
Buff enough, Armory, Bagnon, Decursive (must for mages), ORA2, Fubar 3.6 (with Atlas, Calendar, Dualspec), MonkeySpeed, Rating Buster, SuperDuperMacro.
4) What guild are you in, is it recruiting? I'm a member of Reckoning on the US-LightningHoof server. You can check out http://www.reckoningwow.com to see recruitment status of the various classes. There are a number of good guilds on lightninghoof that are recruiting at any given time. Most of the 10 man group is made up of Reckoning members, with a few outside friends that have been running in our 10 man for many months.
Do you really need all those addons? I don't think it's mentally possibly to pay attention to that many things at once.

You get used to it... I play on a 30" screen, so there's lots of real-estate...
The middle uncluttered area is about the size of an old 15" screen :p
I will admit, I prefered a cleaner UI that I used to have, but it didn't scale well when I had to reduce from 2560x1600 to 1280x720 to capture vids and took 10 minutes to resetup both ways.
