I bought a pair of their SR112 electronic stereo earmuffs at a gun show yesterday and am so disappointed! Terrible quality! I wrote Smartreloader and complained about the product and they insulted me by replying the earmuffs I bought must be used and I should just go get my money back from the gun show vendor. They didn't want to help me. Also saw the Smartreloader video to change the batteries. Come on!!! I almost cut my finger trying to pry open the HARD plastic inside of the earmuffs.

Yes, I had the same issue. Thanks for posting this. I had no idea how to open the dumb things, and the manual was annoyingly inaccurate.
