the real problem we have in the UK is the education system. if parents could choose what subjects their children studied at primary school we would have more smart people in this country to make quality products. germany is a perfect example.

blame all of the problem on the teachers union for not letting parents choose the subject that are important. kids go to school and they are forced to learn subjects such as music, drama and art.

we need to focus on maths, science and engineering.

These teachers Union are worst than the execs. at AIG. Esp. in Los Angeles Unified where they are paid close to 6 figure salaries with 2/3 of the Latinos & Blacks dropping out. Even worst probably 95% of Blacks & Latinos do not even graduate. These Unions have a dismal track record and they want more dues(bonuses) by raising our taxes. This makes me sick!!!

Instead of taking about NFL, Wrestling, Chocolate or Rats, try something serious and real; how there are no Blacks or Hispanics in Engineering. Majors in Science and Engineering with a big shortage, that can lead America out of this recession. How our State and property tax that funds illegals esp in CA are driving Asian families into recession. How your teachers union policy lower standards and put at risk Asian students. I suppose the teachers union is also responsible for steroid abuse in the NFL, the reduction in salaries of pro wrestler, the diminished quality of Starbucks coffee, the raising in the price of the Hershey Bar, hiccups in Canadian lab rats, etc.

I blame the teachers because their union lobbies for amnesty. The teachers do not stand up against the Union. More illegals = More teachers = more dues for their union. Hence the teachers' union policy encourages illegals to have more kids, so more can drop out, and .: request more tax money! But now we are in a recession, and illegals do not pay taxes - your teachers Union catering to illegals now has backfired and you put at risk millions of Asian students.
