I find this really interesting. I would like to try the fasting once or twice a week, but I am virtually unable to do exercise due to M.E. Would this be a problem?
(BMI is fine, but I would like to lose about 1/2 - 3/4 stone). I tried my very first calorie controlled diet in Feb and lost 1/2 stone, but with the increase in fruit and veg, my IBS became unbearable and very scary! Consequently, I had to give up on it and have since put most of the weight back on due to not being able to exercise
