Terry Fox was without a doubt the most courageous and inspirational Canadian there was! Wayne Gretzky can't even begin to compare to Terry Fox!

The music was a low point for me, but the rest of the vids you assembled was very inspirational.

Awesome tribute. I will show this to my classes each year. My only suggestion would be perhaps to add some subtitles to those areas where it is somewhat difficult to make out what Terry is saying due to the aging quality of the audio from 1981. This would make it a little easier for students to follow along. Terry was saying some great things but it's pretty difficult to make it out at times, especially with the background music. Thank you for the time / effort you put into making this.

Its a nice tribute, but instead of the BTO song you should have added the song that Rod Stewart wrote for Terry Fox. It would have fit perfectly.

The strength of heart inside this young man should be an inspiration to everyone. Nobody in history, or in the future, has ever, or will ever, had or will have more perseverence than this young child of God. Some say that he left us too soon, but sweet beings like Terry Fox aren't meant to spend much time with those of us who are undeserving of his presence. God placed him here to show us what is possible when we commit ourselves to a dream. He was an angel straight from the heart of God.

Have crossed the country numerous times by car and the road driving is a demanding, lonely place. Can't imagine facing mile after mile running across. We'll never forget you Terry.

3 people dont have pride
It is unbelievable that he ran a marathon EVERY DAY! He was a genuine and sincere person and a true inspiration to everyone. It is a shame people like that are not around long enough.

Terry was an amazing athelete for certain and an amazing human being. Few people have the courage he had. He's my hero and I don't have many of those. ;D
Cheers!!!

The exhaust fumes would have accelerated the disease. So many vehicles were accompanying him along the way. That was the mistake. If they were to do it differently like running along less polluted routes, Terry would still be around.

While I applaud your commitment to bring about an end to pollution Terry passed away because the cancer they thought they got rid of when they amputated his leg had spread to his lungs. Such is the nature of Cancer.
