  • 66-67 mph in the rain...with the cruise control on. Not smart at all.

  • Dude... if I was driving at 50 MPH that night I would be dead! The relative speed of the other car... driving about 100 mph, would have been about 50 MPH and he might not have had the ability to slow down and change lanes. I had the speed set that high because on the GSP (mostly flat road) people usually do 80 in ALL conditions, less than 60/65 is dangerous anytime!

  • I thought winning meant walking out not having to pay a $100.00 fine. Nevertheless, if you think you won, well great for you. You really showed them. You and the NE Patriots can celebrate your victories together 18-1 and $100.00 2-point ticket.. Perfect together!!!

  • And, by the way I'm a Giants fan.

  • You are not supposed to use the cruise control function in wet road conditions. Just trying to help.

  • Nope... with the insurance penalties over 3 years... it would have been MUCH more expensive.

  • srry but would it had been cheeper over all to pay the fines vs wut u spent to win?

  • why did you hire him if he already told you to take a plea? The details are supposed to be discussed at the initial consultation. RED flag.

  • I do not understand the point of this. You hire an attorney for a speeding ticket? How much did that cost? Its not about truth its about winning and everyone I know has a story about police or judicial abuse> It is a sad fact of life.I saw a man perjure himself in front of a scumbag judge who probably was paid off to suppress evidence.Paid by a mafia scumbag drug dealer masquerading as a legitimate businessman.haha thats the American way

  • Congratulations on your win in court. I must say I'm shocked at the behavior of the Trooper. When I saw the original video, I thought he acted badly. I gave him the benefit of the doubt since he is as human as the rest of us, and he can have a bad day. Going to court and trying to defend the charges with lies is unacceptable. Unfortunately, he is probably not going to change.

  • I paid the fine so as not to have to go to court again. I was facing fines of well over $1000, plus insurance penalties that would amount to over $3000 over 3 years, and, a minor inconvienience of having my license taken away for up to 6 months. Yes, that is a win for me. If I let the judge decide, he might have taken the word of the lier with a trooper hat. My laywer told me over and over I would loose and to take a plea, but I insisted on fighting, reducing my penalty by 1000s of $
