I know her faith is a fundamental but for me it's also her culture and heritage that's shaping that voice. For me from half a world away it's that journey from slavery to freedom rising up through the blood and soul and expressing itself through people like her and Doctor King. And it's beautiful.

has nothing to do with slavery as it pertains to african americans, its about Gods plan for redemption for all people of all colors to be free from slavery of sin and inequity, we need little more unity not division along lines of race.

God gave her the voice and she praised him with it. witch is more powerful than all the secular artist combined
