Body Thetan by Mitch Wells (v2)

Wikileaks hosts an audio recording, purported to be of L. Ron Hubbard, giving a confidential lecture in 1968 on Scientology. That recording is available here:

I took short samples from that recording and then made this dubstep tune from them. I created this video to go along, to help listeners unfamiliar with the wacky jargon of Scientology.

Scientology is sometimes referred to as the Cult of Eternal Litigation, as they always attempt to sue art like this out of existence. So, I want to make perfectly clear from the beginning, this video represents a FAIR USE of the original audio recording.

1) The snippets are short, not representing the entire recording.
2) I am using this audio to parody the CoS. The video and song are a criticism of the CoS.

The 1961 Report of the Register of Copyrights on the General Revision of the U.S. Copyright Law cites examples of activities that courts have regarded as fair use: "quotation of excerpts in a review or criticism for purposes of illustration or comment; quotation of short passages in a scholarly or technical work, for illustration or clarification of the author's observations; use in a parody of some of the content of the work parodied; summary of an address or article, with brief quotations"
