@JudgeW I'm an only child so don't have a twin. Does that mean that I can't practise dynamic apnea? Or maybe I could get someone else's twin to watch? Thanks in advance.

the video is of my son Ant. His fin is custom made by a spearfishing fin manufacturer in Australia DiveR Fins. The blade is mounted in a Leaderfin footpocket.

heya iv been taking up spearfishing lately just light though and im interested in increasing my breath time!!! wat sort of training is good to build it up?

We do a lot of underwater swimming in the local pool 2 - 3 evenings a week. Building up distance and breath hold time. Safety is vital and all swims are watched by a twin. We also have training designed for spearfishing... take to much to detail it here
