@benjonsonable There is a confounding factor in that statement. Just because there is a higher prevalence of disease in the US doesn't mean it is easier to spread amongst circumcised Americans. It could also be explained by factors including more sexual partners, not using protection, more IV drug use....or whatever. I'm not sure why, I'm just saying those are some examples that could also explain why there is more HIV in the US.

@carabas2012 But no child would want that, it would be really frightening and most of the times painful. It's fine if you do it yourself as an adult, but doing it to a child is just wrong.
