I might add that if you do swing that time machine, this is the period you would want to see Mr. King. He is about 50 at this time and is at the top of his form! I saw him several times during this period and he was fucking on fire! RIP Albert King!

There is a reason why Jimi Hendrix and SRV loved Albert King so much.He had a very hard bluse sound.The soul in his blues was very raw,straight no chaser blues and at the same time a very funky young sound.You can tell it came naturally(he was cool like that).

There are many times I wish I had a time machine. Those moments always have to do with music. In this case...I would want to go back to be able to see this man perform live. He's awesome!!!!!!!!
