You think probably not that what I have told you can happen. You can easily find one or more good excuses to push it aside and say that it is far too great for it to happen or that it would a loving God never do. Probably you dare not even think of what the consequences would be if it is right.
I believe it will really happen, especially the EU and U.S. will be the countries that will be hardest hit. What if the Bible's words about there will be a drought without equal, (Revelation 11.6 - Isaiah 24.3-6 - joel 1.15 to 20 and several other places) so dreadful and so widespread that there never has been such a terrible and devastating drought, for both wild animals and people (Matt. 24.22)
In Joseph's time (1Gen 41.25 to 31) there was a terrible drought and famine. It was also at Eliasas time (1king CHAPTERS 17) but these give only a very weak picture of the consequences of the drought coming in the future. The draught the Bible talks about is NOT in Africa and other countries where drought is a thing that happen. NO it is in the countries, in the EU and the U.S., where it usually rains at regular intervals.
What would you do? Will you leave it to Jesus to take care of you and your family? It is NOT that kind of faith Jesus is talking about, that can save you and your family. The faith that can save and can help you and your family when the famine, hunger and all the other problems come, is a firm faith, a faith where you and your family yourself must have enough oil (matt 25, 3-13) - A shallow and passive faith and a superficial knowledge of scripture and Jesus will not help. (Luke 13.24 - 3.17 opening and many more) A passive faith is worthless (James 1.22)
