lol our presidents have power yes, but not over neeeaaar as much as you think. Congress is more powerful than the president. They can overthrow absolutely anything he does, so unless the entire congress that AMERICA also elected is evil, i think we are good, and no Obama doesn't have a bunch of nukes he can throw around, that too has to go through congress
