  • No. The runway is 10/28. It is explained in earlier comments. Also, the number painted on the runway, and can clearly be seen at 3:29.

  • I thought TNCM had only Runway 09 and Runway 27.

  • Yes that is true. However, the runway numbers have recently changed to 10 and 28. You can see this in the video, on Jepp and NOAA plates, and on AirNav. This change is due to the magnetic polarity shift (compass heading change) which is a normal occurrence. Surveys are taken periodically at airports and runway numbers are adjusted accordingly.
