25. Strangers Love.?

Selena smiled, as I opened yet another family album. She rested inbetween my legs, in one of my huge tshirts. Today was my birthday and I had made her promise we wouldn't do anything that involved anyone else.

She jumped up, when a faint beep came from the kitchen. "Oooo, I will be right back. I have to put my cake in the oven."

I began to sit up. "Want me to help?"

"Nope, I'm good." She shook her head smiling before handing me the photo album, and jumping off the bed.

Her little giggle filled the room, as she nearly busted her ass in the process of jumping off the bed. She ran a hand through her wet curls before making her way out the room. I watched as her hips, bobbed back and forth with every step she took. Her legs, were still uncovered and bare from when we woke up. I shut my eyes, taking in the quietness, Selena and I had been enjoying for a while.

"Ughh." I heard her grunt as I felt her weight being dropped back ontop of me. "babe, I'm getting old."

I laughed, as I wrapped my arms around her. "wanna keep looking at pictures?"

She quickly sat up, grabbing the photo album and flipping through more pages. She slowed down once she turned to a page of Taylor, me and Joe.

"She's really pretty." She told me.

I slid the book away from her, grabbing her waist, and rotating her towards me. "and your gorgeous."

She smiled, as she crawled ontop of me, planting a kiss on my neck. I wrapped my arms around her, bringing her down next to me. "Why don't we rest for a while."

She nodded, burying her head into my neck and sliding under the covers.

We remained under the covers for a little over an hour, when I felt her jump out of bed. I quickly followed her many curse words to the kitchen. I turned the corner, to see her kneeling in front of the oven.

"I'm afraid to open the door" She said, as she began fanning away the smoke thet had begun pouring out.

I laughed to myself, as she ran a hand through her hair. She took a breath before swinging the door open. A shit load of smoke, poured out, fogging up my view of her. The smoke detectors began going off, and pretty soon, water started pouring down on us.

"Fuck my life." I heard her say.

I began laughing, as I searched for her through the mess. Once, i felt her skin, I grabbed trying to pull her closer.

"Nick!" She gasped. "watch where you grab!" She yelled.

I laughed, as I searched for her arm, getting drenched in water still. I felt her hit me in the shoulder. "This is not funny. I try to make you a birthday cake and this happens."

"Did you really expect me to eat it anyway." I asked her, trying to show the fact that I was joking.

She gasped before hitting me in the stomach. "I really tried to make you something edible. I promise."

I laughed, placing my lips on her shoulder. "I was only kidding, babe. I will still eat the cake if you want me to."

She smiled, shaking her head. Her hands met mine, as she began to pull me off of her. "I need to clean this mess up"

I tightened my grip on her, keeping her against me. 'Nope, I think this mess can wait. I have a better plan."

"Like?" She raised her eyebrow, as I began backing her up against the counter.

I laughed, as I pressed my lips onto hers lifting her up onto the wet counter top.
