For those who know little or nothing about civil litigation, liability or drilling for oil underwater, cooperation is all this man can do. To be made to answer questions and make statements with thousands or millions of variables is never a yes or no answer. Each case has to be determined one at a time. You don't know if an individual was warned of the hazards and took proper precautions or if he/ she totally disregarded warnings made by company officials.
