Hey spaz this is such an inspiration to see you work in Logic, I also do Ableton & this is exactly what I want to learn, do both, rewiring from one to the other. It's the best of both worlds_Producing my own music. Have you checked out melotheproducer tho he plays & mixes directly on keyboard, he's got great grooves. Thanx

hey bboyspaz, whats good? what fonts and program did you use for the logo u did at the beginning of this video? i am not use to u using logic everything that i saw u do was in ableton. what do u prefer and like better? ableton or logic? well, peace! great beat!!!!

Fonts. hmm I can't remember. I downloaded it offline. But I did the logo in photoshop. Actually I'm not one to like a program better that the other. Logic has a MASSIVE amount of sounds so whenever I'm putting my own stuff I use logic. But when it comes to sampling its Ableton all the way. I actually tend to rewire Logic and Ableton all the time. Rewireing is the best option for ALL programs. get the best of both worlds

a really nice insight into your composing process. thanks for sharing!
do you quantisize your played midistuff afterwards anyway? or just leave it all human..?
tonvibration 3 years ago
Thanks. Yea I usually quantize. It really depends on the part. I don't quantize everything all the time. I know in programs like reason I usually will quantize below 50% depending on the part and how "human" I want it to feel. Here in logic I was using a groove quantize. So its not just straight feeling.
