The Better Performance Mod usually gives 10-15fps more, so that would make it 20-25fps which is playable. :D

Yes, I have the Acer Iconia TAB W500 with Fusion C-60. With modded BIOS, you can disable AMD Cool'n'Quiet and BrazerosTweaker to lock to p0 (1.33GHz).
With version 1.4 and "Low" settings (minus "Reflect sky"), turn composition/themes off to play at 800x600 (make sure to check "show all resolutions"). It's even smoother if you turn "textures" to low and reduce item fade distance. Catalyst 12.3 "performance"preset.
It plays a lot smoother than in your video now -- try it! :)

Yagov! This is great, especially since you're demonstrating something very important -- the game of the year (and a very demanding one at that) running on netbooks.
BUT, keep in mind a few things for increased performance:
- Catalyst 12.3 drivers
- Disable Aero while running
- Skyboost and/or 1.4 patch (update 5)
- Perflock CPU at 1.33GHz (p0 mode lock)
- Don't use any other programs/tools/monitors while playing
- Use tweaked .ini to set options lower than in the dialog
Might get you 15+ fps!

@ContentFortification
Is this your personal experience?
Have you tried to do the same?
How can you lock clock of CPU at 1.33ghz?
I have played Skyrim without background programs and it was almost the same.
ini edition and some patches could help. When this video been made there were no such things.
My opinion is not to play such wonderful epic games on this netbook! Wait some time and get to your gaming PC to have joy.

@Yagov83 Whats a good program and/or something else to update the drivers, Sometimes it takes like 20 minutes to find the correct drivers.

@sqeker09 I am using russian Acer Aspire One fans site to find correct one. Try to find some forums.
I hope soon AMD/ATI would update their download page.
