The Israel Institute for the Advancement of Alternative Energy Innovation serves to teach communities around the globe the story of how and why oil became the dependent fuel choice and what can be done to bring oil dependency to an end. The Israel Institute is forming a Doctoral Student Fellowship Grant program which will serve to support research students working on Alternative Energy developments.
