See You in Copenhagen: Climate Witness and Activist Manoel Silva da Cunha

Manoel's story is about the Amazon rainforest people who live close to nature and acutely feel the changing climate in their everyday lives. He speaks of a fragile equilibrium that rainforest destruction and global warming is disrupting. As the leader of the community organization that Chico Mendes started, Manoel is a passionate advocate for the forest communities who takes us through his awakening to climate change and ensuing efforts to stop global warming that will lead him to Copenhagen this December...

See You in Copenhagen is a campaign of short films and ads produced by Found Object Films, in cooperation with the UN Foundation and tcktcktck.org to raise public awareness and support civic engagement in advance of the United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP 15) in Copenhagen, Denmark.
