Well, if you put it that way it almost makes sense! lol
I just can't justify hating something that does not do harm intentionally. It's humans who put cables near trees where squirrels live and invade their habitat. Go wireless all the way and you can go ahead and love squirrels again lol.

It's ok, you don't have to understand, just like the other half of humanity doesn't understand the same about birds and chipmunks. Ignorance is a bliss.

@MissDolittle Thanks again for that information. I cleared a lot of things up for me, you should consider updating your website as that rancid esbilac information was especially helpful. Great videos.

Those are some of the cutest squirrels. ♥
I would like to see how you release the squirrels and how that is done.

@jacksonvile12345678 That's simple. I open the enclosure they grew up in, once they are ready, and I let them move out on their own terms. I live out in the country...I wouldn't do that necessarily in the city with neighbors, but I have done that too.

@MissDolittle I see what you are saying, so they still need some food and to be checked on. What are your thoughts about releasing in the city vs. releasing say out in the woods where there are no human and dense forest?

@jacksonvile12345678 I usually release the ones found in the city in the city, usually a park area where they are not going to bother people and end up poisoned or trapped or as dog toys. I usually hang nestboxes up in a secluded area and go there once a day to refill the food. If they were found out in the country, I release them there...I have a few friends with farms that love to have them out there and don't mind to provide nestboxes and food over the winter.

@jacksonvile12345678 P.S. Important is that they receive food after release until they figured out how to find it themselves. It's called soft release.
