In partnership with the acknowledged industrial designer Ross Lovegrove the VELUX Group presents a stylish new product that spreads natural light through the roof to otherwise electrically lit rooms.

The name of the award-winning daylight diffuser is "VELUX sun tunnel by Lovegrove". In essence, it is a daylight lamp that uses the sun as a bulb and it represents yet another innovative way to bring daylight into buildings. The VELUX Group first introduced sun tunnels in 2005 and has since then attained the position as European market leader in this field as well. With the new VELUX sun tunnel by Lovegrove, the VELUX Group expects to strengthen its market position even further.

Join us as we talk with Ross Lovegrove in his studio in Notting Hill, London on the general views of the VELUX sun tunnel.

  • I have seen the various sun tubes (living in California they are not uncommon), but this design really kicks it up a notch and by reflecting the light back up to the ceiling, it would help light more of the room, while making it a more diffuse and less harsh light. I say AWESOME!
