I remember the days of frustration over a four track tape player. Now there are Daisy Books and so many alternative formats, but a lot of talking books still come out on tape. It's about time this was brought into the correct century!
The digital talking book player in this video looks like the Victor Reader Classic which is a CD based machine, and doesn't connect to the internet. Maybe the library will allow clients to download books to their computer and copy them onto blank CD's.
I have a 4 trak tape player and look forward to being able to soon download any book to my Victor reader stream, as they are not done transfuring tape to digital media.
