The Sheila Divine performed at the Mercury Lounge many times in their storied career, and each time, the crowd went crazy for their hit single "Hum." You might think I only include this clip from a bygone band because of the tremendously satisfying "Jane and Dollie" girls-sub shout out, but you're wrong. TSD frontman Aaron Perrino's new band Dear Leader recently played the Merc, and when he rocked their hot single "Raging Red," I was transported in time to a scene not unlike this one, you see. Also, who doesn't want to hear her name on a stage?
Loved this song and still do. at :29 he grabs the wrong chord but slides down a whole step to get it right. His voice on the recording was so great! Shredded and ripped the take.

Ya, they were hot in Buffalo!!!I can't even count how many concerts I went too. Sad they broke up!!! Aaron is in a new band "Dear Leader". Maybe they will get together one last time for a reunion show here in Buffalo. Heard they did in Boston.

I wish Sheila Divine was still around, or would have at least hit it big...they were pretty popular here in Buffalo. Check out "Like a Criminal" and "Countrymen" if you dig this song..2 other great tracks
