Why? She tells you everything you need. Just keep a note pad beside you to make notes. I think she does a great job with her instructions. Everything I've tried which is almost everything, works out pretty darn good. Even the first time making it. I've been trying to improve my cooking abilities so to get my kids to eat more vegetables ( and just eat better ) and I have had great success, Thanks to Maria.
