I got a spiritual note saying: those who disrupt peace do not do so because of hate, but to show their power to change things". Odd. the logic of the proverb is limping. there must be motivation behind desire to change things. Love can hardly be motivation for disrupting peace, so we are left with hate. But in fact the Bible says: " A man intends, but the Lord changes."
