oooohhhh, love patterns like this that you can use any yarn and adjust the size. Going on a cruise and needed a take along project. This could even be made with any stituch pattern. so versitile. Thanks for the tutorial!

im a beginner at crocheting; all i know how to do
is flowers and simple belts;; i came across this knot
and ive been going crazy on how to connect them to form circles,
squares, and triangles but haven't found a video that actually shows
step by step instructions as to where to connect so THANK YOU

Love it! What is the best yarn? Worsted weight might be too thick? I'm thinking it might work to do a row of single crochet (the same number of stitches as the 1st) on the last row. Make it easier to sew together.

@SarineLewis excellent idea about the single crochet. I've made this with many different weights of yarn and they all seem to work.... just a different look.

Why did you do single stitch in every fourth and the last time in the third?

@majawow hmmm not sure... maybe I got to the end and hadn't counted right. As you can see the pattern is very forgiving.

I was waiting to see if you were gonna do a tut on this .... LOVE IT! Cant wait to try it.... BTW have you ever done a pair of socks? Just thinking ahead... there are so many pretty yarns to make socks. :D
