  • Love it! What is the best yarn? Worsted weight might be too thick? I'm thinking it might work to do a row of single crochet (the same number of stitches as the 1st) on the last row. Make it easier to sew together.

  • @SarineLewis excellent idea about the single crochet. I've made this with many different weights of yarn and they all seem to work.... just a different look.

  • Why did you do single stitch in every fourth and the last time in the third?

  • @majawow hmmm not sure... maybe I got to the end and hadn't counted right. As you can see the pattern is very forgiving.

  • I was waiting to see if you were gonna do a tut on this .... LOVE IT! Cant wait to try it.... BTW have you ever done a pair of socks? Just thinking ahead... there are so many pretty yarns to make socks. :D

  • oooohhhh, love patterns like this that you can use any yarn and adjust the size. Going on a cruise and needed a take along project. This could even be made with any stituch pattern. so versitile. Thanks for the tutorial!

    im a beginner at crocheting; all i know how to do

    is flowers and simple belts;; i came across this knot

    and ive been going crazy on how to connect them to form circles,

    squares, and triangles but haven't found a video that actually shows

    step by step instructions as to where to connect so THANK YOU
