"stoy" stands for russian (and some other slavic languages) "стой" which means "freeze, hold it! don't move!".. it's a good old verbal way to support tumbler or gymnast used as an appeal to stick the landing. I find it very demonstrative that this term is now used by even non-Russian-speaking tumblers, which makes us feel very proud of our acrobatic tradition..))
What kind of floor is used for power tumbling?? Cuz they are doing things female artistic gymnast don't or can't do....

I don't know if it is some gymnastics term but in Bulgarian it means something like "stop, halt, hold".

What does "stoy" mean? I hear it in all the tumbling vids and in some gymnastics vids too.
