Given that Team Obama has historically targeted and cultivated the youth, their not initially stating what the theme was going to be, and then having a lesson plan suggesting teachers require their students write letters on how the could "help the President," made it a big deal. Poorly rolled out. Too bad, some kids missed out on what could be universally be described as a good speech. If it was the original one.

Here's the questions I need answered. Bush Sr. asked on the AIR the same thing Obama asked in the original lesson plan. What's the difference? Putting it on a lesson plan is worst? Was it more acceptable that Bush Sr ask that question of the children rather than Obama? Why? If you had children at school back then, would it make the same BIG DEAL?

I thought the opposition was to an accompanying worksheet where students had to describe what they could do to help Obama achieve his goals. Not that MSNBC would ever mention that.

Be truthful...Tripp & Trigg are simply Pons to save the chastity of the beloved Sarah Palin. The GOP doesnt give a RIP about Downs or a growing child! Why under fund NO CHILD LEFT BEHIND or why would Palin cut back funding to Special Olympics? If it costs YOU, it becomes a liability and waste! I'm sure you GOP'ers feel like BIG MEN making vile insults about Obama knowing that he must explain to his children why people hate him or want him dead. This is not about disagreeing! How would you explain it to your children? I have to explain it to mine! We ALL need to look at ourselves in the mirror.
