RozCast for Aug. 06, 2009 - Solo Pacific Row, Stage 2, Wk 11

Roz Savage is rowing solo across the Pacific Ocean in 3 stages. She completed Stage 1 in 2008, becoming the first woman ever to row solo from California to Hawaii. Stage 2 launched on May 24, 2009, and will take her from Hawaii down into the South Pacific. Stage 3 will take place in 2010, ending in Australia. If successful she will be the first woman ever to row solo across the Pacific. In this week's video she compares her old life vs. her new life, and shares pictures of the ocean wildlife she has encountered on this stage of her journey.
