Great shirt/over shirt jacket poncho. Do i give you my sizes now lol. Great effort, hand warmer would be spot on, not sure i would have top pockets each to their own. Glad it works for you, may try one myself. Oversized hood awesome-don't go changing i see ur brilliance.

Really cool posting! Nice Shirt! Only thing I could possibly suggest is to put a triangle reinforcement at the bottom slit of the collar - since it's a stress point, and could possibly rip if you catch your shirt on something - trees, fence, random wildlife haha.
