Brock should have won what an amazing effort he really drove the wheels off it
-
If i was Brocky i would have taken that bloody single row timing chain that broke back to Holden's head office and choked somebody with it.

@puggzee1 What crap
-
Brocky wasnt meant to finish! He had all the good gear on so he would have been disqualified if he finished!
-
@Wrighty0505 Yes it was incredible that situation! Gee if only that timing chain hadn't broken!
-
@TheAMDkid He had a crack in the front windscreen, had to come in and remove it because it was about to collapse. Then he got black flagged and he had to come in and remove the rear one. Rules stated you could run all glass or no glass, not in between.
-
how come he had no windscreens?
-
It is certainly one of his great Bathurst drives... his official DNF for it belies it, though I think his DNF at 160 laps is probably the most laps ever for a DNF at Bathurst
-
wouldnt having no windscreen create less drag meaning he had an advantage, brock is damn good. what other race's are good to watch with him???

1985 Holden VK Commodore SS group A, best car in the world. Bit unfair that it had to go up against v12 Jag coups, mustang coups and BMW coups! But out of the 1984 - 1986 VK life 2 'Bathurst' wins out of 3 is fuckin' awesome. R.I.P Peter Brock.
what a great post!
