Cornelius Dupree speaks at the Innocence Project Celebration of Freedom & Justice on May 4, 2011. Dupree served 30 years in Texas prisons for a crime he didn't commit before he was exonerated through DNA testing in March 2011. Learn more about his case here: http://bit.ly/eAaSCv
Our justice system is a joke, innocent men get locked up for crimes they don't commit while rich guilty people often walk free. At least Mr. Dupree was exonerated. It's good to know that there are always people out there willing to go out of their way to help free the innocent.

It's both terrifying and disgusting to think there are people rotting behind bars for crimes they did not commit. He's a hero.
This deserves SO much more attention then it will ever receive.
