Ok so when i turn on my Psp 3000 the green light turns on at the bottom right of the psp but the screen remains black and no sound . Any suggestions ?

@TheEpikScope Sounds like it's bricked. Look up the word bricked on google and you should get lots of results on how to fix it.

So my psp still works, it just has a few horizontal bands across the screen. Do I need a new screen or is this more of a software problem. They persist through any game i play.
