@v6n4m0d4 you have to get it out of california were they sell a lot of it. i get is from my brother who sends it to me and i have to pay shipping and handling but i have recently found it at 84 lumber company they still sell this stuff.

nice video but too much work in involved for the bench.. Its best to use risers or foam over plywood and then build it up from there.

Since they are only using it sandwiched to the ply, you can use rigid foam insulation panels. Use the blue.
