How is this move led to the lady? Just by swiveling toward her after the rock step and then swiveling for each movement thereafer?

The most important thing about leading this step is to maintain a compact closed hold with good core muscle tone. Man will set it up by dancing basics with body sway & hip swing. Then he will change this feeling by flatten it out after rock step & keep the weight back on the 1st swivel. This will lead the lady to point her RF instead of stepping on it. Now keep the upper body still while swivelling. The man's body 'tic' & hip swivels will be felt and mirrored by the lady.
