Limbaugh Defends Bonuses for AIG

Any bonus that was contracted for should be honored. Are we going to unravel all of contract law here? Where does it end and at whose discretion? Once you start arbitrarily voiding valid contracts, credit goes out of the window and economic activity will simply collapse.

Rush was for paying for the AIG execs to get pedicures, yet, against uemployment extensions. I can see that practicing as a real man isn't Rushes lot in life.

Agreed, he is nothing more than a parrot repeating what his "heros" say instead of thinking.

So a belief in God is considered "destruction" of education? How tolerant of you.

On second thought, go ahead and teach your children idiocy and lies. Europe, India and China will gladly take the lead in biology and evolution research and all the innovations that come with that (nanotechnology in medicine, evolutionary medicine etc.)

Well, they have not done a good job, so why do they get bonuses in the first place?

Many of them got the bonuses because they were hired on AFTER the bailout to clean up the mess left by the scam artists. Due to the rules of the bailout, they could only have a one dollar salary, and the bonus was the rest of their pay. I believe the politicians planned the crucify AIG to draw attention away from themselves. And I don't just mean the Democrats. Politician == LIAR

Certain parents now are teaching their kids creationism above evolution (and those kids listen and admire their parents, often). I feel Mary Ruwart's take offers no loss, just the gains she describes. At any rate, to read her book "Healing Our World" would explain to you how it is folks like me can appreciate Rush despite disagreeing with him on points such as Drug Legalization (which Mary, a good libertarian, supports), and thoroughly believe he has the interests of the common man at heart.

Surely even you may easily see that if Rush supports the War on Terrorism, it may indeed be because he believes terrorism can squash the common man. Maybe he is wrong.
