How to trash your acting career #7

This time is not only one but nine! "stars" trashing around in this masterpiece of sublime ludicrously. Believe me, is delightful watching a mature and as beautiful as skinny Audrey Hepburn smoking cigarettes and wearing a glorious, transparent black brocade Givenchy gown at Maxim's, while she is dealing with some sort of complications with the farmaceutical company that she inherited. In the meantime, we can see Irene Papas doing her best to look classy, Romy Schneider doing as well to look bitchy, Omar Sharif making a jackass out of himself, Claudia Mori: "Non sucederá piú", Michelle Phillips nailing her knees on the floor to do 'sepsi' things, etc. The film also dares to mix diferent quality footage in Schneider's car racing scene, as well as faking a fire at the chemical stock using a still photograph and ordinary lit paper, and murder scenes involving topless ladies and a bare butt guy. A supreme gulty pleasure.

oh come on those were the 70s. Omar is doing a fantastic job playing the italian playboy. It was nice seeing audrey back on the screen after some time.. I think she looked great in this film.. Romy, Gerd Fröbe... too bad Robert Wagener wasn´t there...

The lines dropping like butter in this film. Its a classic.oNLY the end is to quick....

@knusperberg Well 'Morte a Venezia' is also from the 70's as well as 'Ludwig'; if you watched those kind of movies, as well as the ones from Buñuel, you'll know why I call this "gem" a little bit "trashy"...
