Your a felon, the world has turned it's back on you. Your slowly learning empty cliches of of bettering yourself are just empty cliches.
Will you take your own life? There is no chance that your going to progress at all. Or do you accept that society will never give you a chance, that you will never better yourself by attempting an honest living and take whatever skills you gathered previous your charge and put it to use for forces adverse the law (drug dealing, organized crime, etc)?

You can find information about getting a fast track into this program at mihealthinsider. The program has been shown to improve the life of criminals after jail but the economy has caused some problems with the program succeeding with many individuals. They have the training, but with no jobs available, it does not help anyone right now. But the program itself is not to blame for that problem.

MPRI is intended to be a justification to the public for releasing prisoners and saving money. Oh, we didn't just release a bunch of convicts. We gave them some training that will make them useful members of society. Ever see "A clockwork Orange"?
