Bike Friday tikit rear folding rack for full-size panniers allows riders to use regular panniers for storing personal belongings. In addition, this rack helps stabilize the bike when folded for storage, parking, etc. The rack features a roller blade wheel on the end of the rack to assist pushing or pulling the bike when folded. See this video for ease of use.

  • @eejotic this is a cool 'inspector gadget' well gadget but i bet it's a clunky obnoxious piece of shit. (No offense). I am glad I just put sturdy blackburn pannier on bike. This is a cool concept but i certainly don't want one.

  • only down side : 200+ $

  • @OneManShowShow when folded, a regular tikit can be rolled on the front wheel. the additional rollerblade wheel on the rack balances that out so you can be able to roll on "2" wheels without needing to keep the balance on just one wheel.

  • That's a pretty sick awesome ride because so portable. doesn't seem practical for long distances though.

  • I don't understand the purpose of the rollerblade wheel.

  • Very nice product and demonstration, but please remember that adverbs end in "ly".

  • =v= We're trying this out today. So far it's solved the dreaded "sitting on the clickbox" problem for some panniers.

  • Nicely done video showing off a cool new product from Bike Friday!

  • Excellent addition for the Tikit. The exsisting rear rack was only good as a stabilizer when folded, or to attach something very small. This really adds carrying capacity to the Tikit. I have always been a panier type guy, as I like my bike free, and the only thing I have not liked about the Tikit was having to wear a backpack during my commute. This solves my problem! Great job, Bike Friday!
