@Falkenbergshockey A) get help from a specialist ;) cant afford to dive in there with no previous 2 stroke knowledge and risk wrecking it
B) check the engines not seized, if not rebuild the carb, any petrol left in the carb would have turned to a solid gelly, clean out the float bowl, jets etc. and then se if that does it. If the engine turns over with compression and the electrics work ,which is fairly likely, you just need to sort fuel delivery out
