The original ORIGINAL singer is my sister Shireen (Salyer) Milco. Shireen wrote this song back in 1983 and it was released on Barbara Mandrell's Christmas album, From Our House to Yours. I'm SO glad you looooove this song- I agree with you completely, it's a wonderful song and I will be sure to let Shireen know that you are keeping it alive after all these years.
