This a Intel PIV Processor at 27.65 GHz... that´s incredible,it happened in madrid spain...

I actually have seen this happen. I've had Linux read a 1.8Ghz Turion at 9,238 on one boot. It never did it again, and it wasn't any faster on that boot, so it was just a miscalculation.
