@jason3074 You are on to something. Most blacks are in federal prison for non-violent crime such as drug possession. This is the reason why the United States incarcerates more people than any country in the world. Plus building and running prisons is big business.

I would hate to serve time at any prison but at least at Angola. They actually believe in rehabilitation for people who want to be rehabilitated. And they keep their inmates very busy. With plenty of activities.
